This Privacy Policy describes how Brandog Digital, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our internal Meta Ads Bulk Uploader application. This tool is used exclusively by Brandog Digital, LLC staff to create and manage advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients via the Meta Marketing API.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This application is an internal business tool. It is not available to the general public and does not collect information from consumers or end users. It is used solely by authorized employees and contractors of Brandog Digital, LLC.
2. What Information We Access
In the course of operating this tool, we access the following through the Meta Marketing API:
Meta Ad Account data (campaigns, ad sets, and ads) belonging to our clients
Meta Page information associated with client ad accounts
Access tokens used to authenticate API requests on behalf of authorized users
We also access Google Sheets data containing ad creative information prepared by our team.
3. How We Use This Information
All data accessed through this tool is used solely for the purpose of creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients. We do not sell, share, or use this data for any other purpose.
4. How We Store and Protect Information
API credentials and access tokens are stored locally in configuration files on secured, password-protected devices used by authorized staff. We do not store Meta user data on external servers. Access to this tool is restricted to Brandog Digital, LLC personnel on a need-to-know basis.
5. Third-Party Services
This tool interacts with the following third-party services:
Meta Platforms, Inc. – via the Meta Marketing API. Use of this API is subject to Meta's own Privacy Policy and Platform Terms.
Google LLC – via the Google Sheets API. Use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
6. Data Retention
We do not retain copies of Meta API data beyond what is temporarily processed during a given upload session. No consumer personal data is collected or stored by this application.
7. Your Rights
As this application does not collect personal data from consumers, standard consumer data rights (such as access, deletion, or opt-out) do not apply. Clients who wish to discuss how their ad account data is managed may contact us directly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
